Rehab and Retreat Senior Care Specialists is a private adult day centre providing a much needed alternative for many adults and their families in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
Varying health issues such as dementia, depression, stroke, and cerebral palsy may leave an individual dependent on others and without opportunities to participate in meaningful activities. Those who care for a loved one may feel overwhelmed and often need an opportunity to take a break.
Rehab and Retreat offers the opportunity for clients to participate in and maintain cognitive and physical functioning while allowing caregivers the time to renew their energies.

- A secure and safe day environment
- Occupational Therapy (functional/cognitive assessments, ADL retraining, goal setting)
- Recreation Therapy (arts & crafts, walks, iPads, baking, brain games, gardening)
- Foot care (Epsom salt bath, lower leg and foot massage)
- Improvement and/or maintenance in mental and physical health
- Maintained level of independence
- Socialization and peer support
- Delicious and nutritious meals and snack
